For people with very little idea of character animation, could you provide a few hints where to start?

aleksey

have you looked at my tutorial section? there is a tutorial about a yellow robot. it goes over the basics.

also my 5man page ( products) has a tutorial about posing rigged characters.

Cheers, i’ll check them out.

Hi Aleksey,
I’m a beginner in rigged character animation with C4D.
I tried to move and rotate Beefy’s parts, but don’t active some animating points (etc.: L_Hand_nb_con+). Why?
I use C4D Studio R18.
Thank you for your help!
Zoltan

aleksey

did you download the Beefy_013 file? the old file had some problems.

its hard to tell from just your description. It seems to be working over here. maybe record a screen capture?

Zoltan Kiss

Ohh, I have 011.
Do you write download link for the 013?
Thank you for your quick response πŸ˜‰
Zoltan

aleksey

Oly
